Delete your SingBuDong account

SingBuDong is a map of Singapore HDB resale transaction prices. This page lets you delete your SingBuDong account and the data linked to it. You do not need to install or reopen the app to do it — you can finish the request right here.

Delete your account now

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no deactivation or grace period, and the account cannot be restored afterwards.

What gets deleted

• Your account and the email address linked to it.
• Your saved estates (favourites) synced to the account.
• Your new-sale alert subscriptions on every device.

What we keep, and why

• Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics that were never linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you.
• Server and database backups that still contain your rows until they expire automatically, within 7 days.

Public HDB transaction records shown on the map come from Singapore government open data. They are not your personal data and are unaffected by deleting your account.

How long it takes

Your account, favourites, and alert subscriptions are removed immediately when you confirm. Backup copies that still contain your rows expire automatically within 7 days. If you email us instead of using the button above, we complete the request within 30 days.

Other ways to delete

• In the app: open Settings and use Delete account in the Account section.
• By email: write to wygxaa@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.

Browsing without an account

Viewing prices on the map never requires an account. After deletion you can keep using SingBuDong — favourites will simply be stored on your device instead of synced.
