Delete your SingBuDong account and its data here. No app install needed.

Delete your account now

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no deactivation or grace period, and the account cannot be restored afterwards.

What gets deleted

• Your account, the email address linked to it, and — if you signed in with Google — the name and profile picture link Google passed on.
• Your sign-in sessions, including the IP address and device details recorded for them.
• Your saved estates (favourites) synced to the account.
• Your new-sale alert subscriptions on every device.
• Your posts in Talk — every post you wrote about an estate, removed from public view.
• The reports you sent about other people's posts.

If you signed in with Apple

Deleting your account here removes everything we hold. Apple keeps its own record that you used Sign in with Apple for SingBuDong, and only you can remove that: open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, tap Sign in with Apple, select the entry for SingBuDong: Property Price Map, then tap Delete.

Removing that entry is optional — your account and its data are already deleted either way, and the entry is Apple's own record rather than ours. Apple names each entry in that list after the app or after its developer, so look for the SingBuDong name.

What we keep, and why

• Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics that were never linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you.
• Server and database backups that still contain your rows, until they are deleted within 7 days.

Public HDB transaction records shown on the map come from Singapore government open data. They are not your personal data and are unaffected by deleting your account.

How long it takes

Your account, favourites, posts, and alert subscriptions are removed immediately when you confirm. Backup copies that still contain your rows are deleted within 7 days. If you email us instead of using the button above, we complete the request within 30 days.

Other ways to delete

• In the app: open Settings and use Delete account in the Account section.
• By email: write to wygxaa@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.

Browsing without an account

Viewing prices on the map never requires an account. After deletion you can keep using SingBuDong — favourites will simply be stored on your device instead of synced.
