Terms of Service

The service

SingBuDong is an information service that displays Singapore HDB resale and private residential transaction prices and related property information on a map. It is provided for general information and for personal, non-commercial use.

Data accuracy

The figures shown are derived from public open data published by data.gov.sg (HDB resale transactions) and by the URA Data Service (private residential transactions), and from location data provided by OneMap. Prices are indicative only — they are based on registered transactions and are processed, averaged, and mapped by us. They may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors, and they are not valuations, offers, or professional advice.

Contains information from “Resale flat prices based on registration date” (HDB, via data.gov.sg) and URA private residential property transactions (URA Data Service), accessed daily and twice weekly respectively, made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0. Private residential transaction data is © Urban Redevelopment Authority, and URA is not responsible for how we process, present, or interpret it.

You are responsible for your own decisions. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, financial, or investment decision. Always verify figures with official sources and qualified professionals.

Not affiliated

SingBuDong is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Housing & Development Board (HDB), the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), data.gov.sg, OneMap, or the Government of Singapore. All referenced names and data remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data, or place unreasonable load on the Service through automated means;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• resell or commercially redistribute the Service or its data; or
• misrepresent the Service or remove attributions and notices.

Posts about estates

You must agree to these Terms before you post. You are responsible for what you post. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening or violent, sexually explicit or obscene, harmful to minors, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing; that impersonates another person or SingBuDong; that reveals another person's private information; or that is advertising, spam, or a property listing.

Posts are public. You can delete your own posts at any time. Anyone signed in can report a post or the user who wrote it, and anyone can block a user to hide that user's posts on their own device. We remove content that breaches these Terms and may remove the accounts of users who post it. We may also hide or remove any post at our discretion, without notice.

Accounts and notifications

Some features, such as syncing favourites across devices and new-sale alerts, require an account. You sign in with a one-time code or sign-in link that we email you, or with Apple or Google, depending on which of those the app you are using offers; the iOS app does not offer Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping secure the email account, or the Apple or Google account, that you sign in with. You can stop notifications at any time from Settings.

Availability

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingBuDong and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data, including any inaccuracy, delay, or unavailability of data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
